Returns Policy

The Country Canine Company has a return policy of 30 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thecountrycanineco@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, a return postage label will be sent to you along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note you will be liable for return postage costs and original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please note damage caused after The Country Canine Company has dispatched the order will need to be claimed for through the Royal Mail.  Please see our Delivery & Collection Policy for more information.

Exceptions/non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened perishable goods (such as food and treats), personal care goods (such as coat and skin care products) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item (as per the instructions above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded onto your original payment method (minus postage costs). Please remember the time your bank or credit card company takes to process the refund can vary.
