As the name suggests these are a rope like toy that are soft enough for your dog to pull down and bite on but not so hard that they damage their teeth or gums. Playing tug of war encourages building on human/dog interaction and can also add a great outlet for your dog's natural canine instinct to pull things with their jaw. Fur The Love Of Toys' ropes have also been specially designed so that you can insert small treats or dry food into the braid (when stretched) therefore rewarding your dog during the game.
The ropes are made from braided or plaited anti pill fleece (known for it's use in human clothing) so is super soft and doesn't fray making it safe for dogs and wont harm their noses or gums (like cotton thread would). They are machine safe; just pop the in a pillow case and the wash on a delicate cold cycle and leave to air dry.
Please note no toys are indestructible but these are safe and suitable for your pet if they are trained to use it. For all dogs (destructive ones in particular) please ensure they are always supervised. You must ensure the correct size rope is chosen for your dog's breed and jaw size.
